RETURN POLICY
We know sometimes things just don't work out, but that's why we are here! We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
- Returns are for store credit only. Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
- All returns must be done within 30 days of original ship date.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at jogaleboutique@gmail.com for assistance.
Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the return.
PREORDER POLICY
Preorders are items that are purchased in advance and reserved before they arrive to us. Because these items are made-to-order with our manufacturer, all preorders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
Estimated ship dates are provided in the product description and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production timelines, shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or factors outside of our control.
If a preorder item is returned to us by USPS due to non-pickup or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (customer responsible for re-ship fee) or store credit, per our standard return policy.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
