Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This varies upon holiday, busier seasons, etc.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Jo+Gale Boutique is not responsible for:

- Delays with UPS, USPS or any other carrier. 

- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
